Your use of the thefabulousgift.com Website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. By placing an order with the fabulous gift, through the Website, or by any other means including social media messaging, emails, in person or etc…, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years or older especially for purchasing any box/boxes which include any alcoholic products, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it and with the full understanding that all boxes are made to order after full payment is received and no refund is applicable after the first 24 hours that box/boxes are ordered. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use The Fabulous Gift products.
Confirmation of Order
Your receipt of order confirmation in any electronic or verbal or written methods does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verifications or information as required.
The Fabulous Gift reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason(s).
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind, which clients may suffer by reason of us declining to accept or for canceling your order.
You must pay in full by methods available (PayPal, website secure transactions, stripe or manual credit card authorization) in advance when you submit an order through our Website.
Payment will be collected at the time of placing the order. Full payment must be received in advance before any goods are prepared or dispatched. If any payment is subsequently withdrawn, disputed, charged back or reversed in any way by you(the client(s), you will have to pay the full amount of the sale, plus an administration fee and any additional fees suffered by The Fabulous Gift.Pricing Information
The Fabulous Gift cannot confirm the price of an item until after the client(s) order is placed. Pricing errors or changes may occur on thefabulousgift.com website. The Fabulous Gift reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from The Fabulous Gift. The Fabulous Gift may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. As all of our products are made to order specifically for each order, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued in any shape or form.Cancellation/Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled 24 hours after the order placement. Orders can be canceled by an email to info@thefab ulousgift.com or through the form provided on The fabulous gift website in “Contact Us” page with a “cancellation” subject line within the first 24 hours. However, any cancelation after the first 24hours from the time of the original order, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged on the credit card/debit card or other types of payments provided at the time of purchase.

All prices shown on Thefabulousgift.com are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Canada. Additional shipping and other charges may apply for orders outside of the Lower Mainland areas in British Columbia Province. Price quotes are good for thirty (30) days.Delivery
All Deliveries within Lower Mainland in British Columbia is free of charge, however, any location outside of lower Mainland is subject to additional charges. Any order outside of Lower Mainland must be submitted as a custom order and The Fabulous Gift reserves the right to cancel the order if the order is placed directly on any pre-organized boxes available on The Fabulous Gift website. The Fabulous Gift and its carrier partners are not responsible in any shape or form for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession. It is the full responsibility of the purchaser “customer” to verify receiver’s availability at the “drop of address” in the time frame the box is scheduled to arrive. Any unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability of the receiver at the time of drop off is the responsibility of the purchaser “if different from receiver”. Any unsuccessful delivery will result in the box returning back to The Fabulous Gift. Any new attempt of delivery will be charged to the purchaser “customer” of a minimum amount of $35 Canadian dollar.
The Fabulous Gift delivery team and its carrier partners will do everything possible to contact the customer or receiver of the box “if different” if timely and reasonable manner to successfully drop of the gift box as much as possible, however, it is the responsibility of the customer “purchaser” to verify and coordinate within the drop time limit specified on the Fabulous Gift website.
If a specific delivery date when placing your order is chosen, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day, however if that date and time frame is not feasible and a delivery is not possible from The Fabulous Gift team or carrier partners, The fabulous Gift reserve the right to cancel the order or contact the customer “purchaser” to rearrange delivery time and date if possible, otherwise a full refund will be issued to customer. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries in a reasonable timeframe within the chosen limit of hours of delivery. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment.All orders must be placed and successfully paid in full, 48 hours prior to the chosen delivery time for any pre-organized gift boxes. You agree that you own or license the copyright (or are authorized by the copyright owner to send to us and use) any content or images you submit to us for custom work, and you warrant that none of the content or images contain anything which would infringe on any copyright, trademark, design right or another intellectual property right of any third party. We will not check the content of any images provided by you. However, if we believe any image does not comply with these terms, we reserve the right to refuse to use it, without any obligation or liability to you. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of or locate anyone sending any material in breach of these terms.
For companies or organizations providing corporate logos or trademarked images, it is your responsibility to ensure that any material supplied in any medium is not protected by any copyright law, or that any necessary permission for The Fabulous Gift to reproduce the images has been obtained.
We will photograph products that we customized for our clients at our will, including those customized with a logo or other artwork supplied by you or any businesses “companies”. We may display these photographs on our Website or other advertising media as we need, for the fabulous gift’s marketing and promotional purposes, unless specifically requested in writing by you not to do so. We reserve the right to any customization or boxes we create for pre-organized, custom or business orders.Warranty
The Fabulous Gift warrants that it has the right to provide its products but otherwise the goods are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, oral or written. In particular, but without limitation, no warranty is given that the goods are suitable for the particular purposes intended by you.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Fabulous Gift shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the quality, performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the goods/products in any shape or form, nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage however arising or however caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning, or use of the goods sold by The Fabulous Gift.Any defects, quality problems or performance problems from any products provided in any or all box or boxes at The Fabulous Gift must be communicated, or contacted to the original manufacturer “or distributor” of the products “brands” directly by purchaser “customer”. Purchaser Agrees to not hold The Fabulous Gift liable in any shape or form with the content/products/goods/items provided in the boxes purchased at any time. Submissions and Use of Features
Any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, layouts, settings, arrangments, creative materials, box contents, suggestions or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to or published on Thefabulousgift.com or any of the social platforms owned by “The Fabulous Gift” or “Jewoow Advertising Corporation” shall be and remain the exclusive property of The Fabulous Gift. All noted above shall constitute to The Fabulous Gift of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights.Indemnification
