WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE BOXES:
Our boxes are 10”x10”x5” (25.5cmx25.5cmx12.5cm) W x L x H. We have special inserts that we use for different products like flowers or gift cards etc…
For orders over 200, we can provide custom size and custom prints on the gift boxes.

Anything that can physically fit in the box could be included.

Once the transaction is completed you will receive an official receipt of the payment with all the information. We also send an invoice before we charge your card,so you will know exactly how much you are paying.
For business accounts, we can have a company credit card on file to make it easier for re-orders. We automatically charge the credit card and provide a receipt.
HOW MANY DAYS I NEED TO ORDER:

We typically can deliver from noon to around 8:30pm, but we are flexible and work with you as best as possible. We hand deliver all of our boxes, except in special cases where we need to send gifts to other cities, we will confirm that with you ahead of time.

WHAT DO I DO TO CREATE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT:
You can create an account online and provide your contact info, you can even upload your high-quality company logo into your account so we can use that logo for printing the ribbons or greeting cards.
We charge a one-time $50 processing fee for business accounts to process your logo and have ribbons and greeting cards ready on file. So when you need a gift we are ready to make one for you asap!
If you are opening an account and ordering more than 5 gift boxes right away, we wave the processing fee for you.
